Brad Little, General Manager, e2v inc
Brad Little serves as a member of the e2v inc Board of Directors and as the General Manager for e2v inc. Brad joined e2v in 2013 from Texas Instruments where he held a variety of P&L, management and leadership positions. He brings a wide breadth of international experience in developing and executing strategic plans targeting the high reliability market and has a proven track record in driving rapid growth in the Automotive, Industrial, Aerospace and Defense markets.
Brad received a BS in Electrical Engineering from Texas Tech University, and an MSEE from National Technological University.
Joe Pietras, Vice President and General Manager, High Performance Imaging Solutions
As Vice President and General Manager of the High Performance Imaging Solutions (HPI) business unit, Joe is responsible for leading the growth of e2v’s imaging business. In this capacity Joe has profit and loss (P&L) responsibility for e2v North American HPI business including sales, business development, engineering, and marketing. This includes expanding e2v’s position as a market-leading provider of optical imaging sensors within the Space and Astronomy market segments and developing and executing plans for penetration and growth in the US defense market, utilizing e2v’s core capabilities in low-light imaging detectors.
Joe joined e2v in early 2012, bringing extensive experience in successfully leading companies within both the defense and commercial imaging markets. Prior to e2v, Joe was the Executive Vice President and General Manager of the Photonics Division of Intevac, Inc., where he led the growth of Intevac’s photonics business in digital night vision and near-infrared sensors, cameras, and imaging systems for the Defense market. Joe has more than 30 years’ experience in the Photonics industry and has held executive positions in general management, operations, and engineering for companies that include the Sarnoff Corporation, Roper Industries, and Schlumberger, LTD.
Joe holds a Ph.D. in Atomic Physics from Columbia University and a B.S. degree with Highest Honors from Stevens Institute of Technology.
